Sailing in the Canaries

The Canary Islands are a beautiful collection of islands that benefit from great weather, great people and a location that will almost guarantee a fantastic climate at pretty much any time of year.

Seven unique islands all with their own identity. Ideal for Island hopping in a beautiful boat with a great friends and a great crew. The whole experience can help you recharge your batteries, forget what is going on back at home or at work, and really help you revitalize your spirit.

Their beaches are volcanic, the sand is a little unusual at first, but you soon get used to it. Their lifestyle and attitude to life is based around great food, an outdoor lifestyle and a wide range of open air activities that will give you the option of adventure or relaxation.  The majority of visitors to the Canary Islands definitely want to return.

El Hierro, is the island with unbelievably clear waters, ideal for diving, anyone who likes to dive is really in their element here.

La Palma is known as the green island and is home to a wide range of natural resources which include fantastic landscapes. It is also located in the perfect position for astronomic observation. A lot of important observatories are located here.

La Gomera is the jewel of the Canaries, especially the green forest that is unique and offers an insight into the past that is unbelievable.

Tenerife, is perhaps the best known island, and occasionally for all the wrong reasons, in addition to some vibrant night-life it also has two world heritage sites, a national park as well as over forty natural protected areas, which makes it one of the real treasures of the Canaries.

Gran Canaria is described as a miniature continent, with a wide variety of landscapes and climates. It’s exciting capital Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is  a dynamic, cosmopolitan city offering every visitor the chance to experience its vibrancy.

Fuerteventura has long beautiful beaches filled with white sand, the water is crystal clear and  there are few better places in the world to take advantage of the perfect location to experience sailing or wind surfing.

Lanzarote is one of the world’s most incredible volcanic landscapes, which can often look like you have travelled millions of years into the past. Take advantage of the unyielding landscape with mountain bikes or trekking to really see the beauty of this island.
